Ultra-fine Jeweling polish

Scholl Concepts S40 is the ultimate ultra-finishing polish!  While capable of removing light defects such as fine marring, micro-scratches, fine swirls, and holograms, S40 Anti-hologram polish is the finest of all Scholl Concepts polishes and compounds. With the help of Intelligent Powder Technology (iPT) utilized in Scholl S40 Ultra-finishing polish, incredibly fine p7500 abrasives hone and jewel the finish as they break down even further to burnish the surface to the highest gloss possible.  Scholl S40 is silicone free, can be used with rotary or dual action, and is suitable for use on old single stage paints, modern clear coat and everything in between.  With a lengthy work time and zero dusting Scholl S40 treats you as well as it treats your paint!  If perfection is what you desire Scholl S40 is what your looking for.

Directions:
  • Apply a small amount of S40 onto a finishing pad and a small amount onto the surface to be polished.
  • With firm pressure, polish using circular motions.
  • Avoid using too much polish as this can cause a buildup which impairs a high gloss finish.  Work the polish until abrasives are broken down.
Application with Dual Action:
  • Prime fresh finishing pad
  • For best results use Scholl Concepts 5 3/4" Finishing Pad.
  • After spreading, work at speed 4-5 applying moderate pressure through the first half of the cycle.
  • Next use progressively lighter pressure until finished down.
  • Once completed, buff off the faint residue using our premium Yellow Fellow microfiber towel.
  • Clean pad with brush
  • Use only 3-4 pea size drops for each additional section (depending on pad size), repeating steps 2-6 after each section.
Application by Rotary:
  1. Prime fresh cutting or polishing pad
  2. For best results use Scholl Concepts 5 3/4" Finishing Pad.
  3. After spreading, work at 1100-1800 rpm taking care to keep pad flat and engaged.
  4. Halfway through cycle slow speed progressively lower and continue until polish has broken down.
  5. Once completed, buff off the faint residue using our premium Yellow Fellow microfiber towel.
  6. Clean pad with brush
  7. Use only 2-3 pea size drops for each additional section (depending on pad size), repeating steps 2-6 after each section.
